By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Should you have a change of heart about your purchase, kindly use this form to submit a ticket along with your order number and the desired modification. We'll confirm once the change or cancellation is processed.

Please note:

  • You can only cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order is in processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

  • Personalized orders are locked for processing immediately after completion, making adjustments sometimes impossible. Please review all details before finalizing the order.

  • For modification requests during the holiday season, orders may take slightly longer than usual. However, we always strive for swift adjustments.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

If your package shows no movement for < 3 weeks or surpasses our estimated arrival date, and there's no issue with the shipping address, you'll receive a free replacement promptly.

We take full responsibility within 45 days of order arrival if the product(s):

  • Have been damaged, crashed, or are faulty
  • Differ from what you ordered or what was confirmed in your Order Confirmation email

You have the option to either REPLACE the item or receive a REFUND. Simply fill out this form to receive timely support from our Customer Happiness experts.

We believe in making customers happy, not in making them return products. Thus, there are no return policies, and you're welcome to keep the original items.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In certain cases, a replacement can be sent with a nominal fee compared to the original price, such as:

  1. Receiving the wrong item/design/size due to incorrectly provided customization details.

  2. Having your shipping address returned and destroyed due to an incorrect input.
